On behalf of the Project and Contracting Office (PCO), Iraq, Logenix was contracted to ship urgently needed pumps from Glasgow, Scotland to Baghdad. Typical of vendor issues faced by our clients worldwide, the pieces, dimensions, and weight were not as specified. By virtue of our vendor expediting processes and working closely with the PCO representatives, Logenix provided early warning to the PCO regarding the equipment changes so contract modifications could be properly executed.

Ultimately, working through an unusual snowstorm in Glasgow, Logenix received the equipment at vendor dock, provided an expedited truck to Brno, Czech Republic where an IL-76 was loaded with 44,660 kilos of pumps. From the time of vendor loading to delivery in Iraq only three days elapsed.
